We operate both nationally and internationally, offering technical services such as the creation of feasibility studies, design of railway networks, specification of functional or technical requirements, and execution of tendering processes. Our expertise also includes engineering, testing, quality management, continuous improvement and commissioning of railway projects.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Vienna. As a Project Manager at Rail Expert Consult GmbH, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing railway projects from start to completion. Day-to-day tasks will include planning, organizing, and coordinating project activities, assuming responsibility for implementing customer requirements in all project phases (control, monitoring, reporting), interface management: coordination of the project team and all relevant stakeholders, identifying and addressing risks and opportunities in a project, support in preparing bids.

Qualifications

• Initial professional experience as a project manager in the infrastructure sector (preferably in the railway industry)
• Enthusiasm for complex solutions in the mobility environment
• Commitment, organizational skills, communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and think analyticall
• German and English language skills (min. level C1) in written and spoken
