WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?
The Pulp Logistics Analyst is a key contributor to Suzano’s supply chain operations, responsible for managing logistics processes while leveraging data analytics to drive efficiency and innovation. This role combines traditional logistics responsibilities with advanced data analysis and IT skills to optimize performance and support strategic decision-making.
This is a fixed-term position starting as soon as possible and continuing through July 2026, with the possibility of extension depending on business needs and individual performance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., German, Portuguese) are a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and knowledge of SQL or database querying.
- Proficient in O365 tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related fields.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority and manage conflicts.
- Organized, proactive, and team-oriented, with a passion for service and a holistic view of operations.
- Cross-cultural competence and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO:
- Coordinate logistics operations, including inbound/outbound shipments, delivery scheduling, and discharge productivity.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through system checks, reconciliations, and annual stock counts.
- Manage logistics costs, including accruals, invoice validation, and service provider oversight.
- Maintain ERP logistics master data and handle claims and internal controls, including audit participation.
- Analyze logistics data to identify trends and improvement opportunities; support automation initiatives.
- Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau to monitor KPIs and performance.
- Collaborate with logistics partners and stakeholders, contributing to projects, reporting, and continuous improvement.
