Senior Digital Design Engineer

Join our growing team of experts in chip development and take on a key role in designing safety-critical communication IPs. You’ll work on cutting-edge technologies, drive innovation, and contribute across the full development cycle—from concept to customer integration.

Your Tasks

• Tackle complex digital design challenges in the development of deterministic and safety-critical communication IPs
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define and document technical requirements
• Develop detailed design specifications and innovative design concepts
• Implement RTL coding in VHDL and perform synthesis for FPGA and ASIC platforms
• Lead and support customer integration projects, ensuring smooth and successful deployment
• Work closely with a team of experienced engineers and cross-functional stakeholders in a collaborative and solution-oriented environment

Your Profile

• Several years of hands-on experience in a similar role, with a proven track record in digital design engineering
• Strong expertise in Ethernet switching and VHDL design; knowledge of C is a plus
• Familiarity with ASIC development and embedded systems is advantageous
• A research- and process-oriented mindset, paired with a keen sense for innovation and adaptability in dynamic environments
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in cross-cultural, interdisciplinary teams
• Solid command of English, both written and spoken
• An analytical and structured approach to problem-solving and project execution
