We are looking for a Software Engineer (Mobile) to join our SalaX team, developing secure messaging and collaboration tools that protect sensitive communications for organizations worldwide.
You’ll design and implement new features for Android and iOS clients, improve performance and reliability, and contribute to a platform where security and usability meet. This is a hands-on role in a small, agile team - your code will directly impact how users communicate securely every day.

You’ll design and implement new features for Android and iOS clients, improve performance and reliability, and contribute to a platform where security and usability meet. This is a hands-on role in a small, agile team - your code will directly impact how users communicate securely every day.
What You’ll Do
- Design and implement new features and improvements for SalaX secure messaging clients
- Actively fix bugs and performance issues
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for mobile development
- Support internal teams and customers in troubleshooting technical issues
- 3+ years of experience in native Android and/or iOS app development
- Proficiency in Kotlin, Swift, or Objective-C
- Understanding of software development processes and IT security fundamentals
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a small, agile team
- Proactive, accountable, and curious mindset
- Fluent English communication skills
- Experience with web or Electron-based client development, and familiarity with JavaScript / TypeScript, are considered strong assets.
- Experience in software testing and CI automation is a plus.
