Project Director

We are looking for Project Director to lead a Data Centre project based in Finland. This role is for an initial 12 month contract to start immediately on a fully remote basis, with bi-weekly travel to the office in Helsinki.

A key focus of this position is leading multidisciplinary design teams through the early and detailed design phases. You will be responsible for coordinating architectural, structural, and MEP design partners, ensuring alignment with client requirements, project timelines, and technical standards.

Role Highlights:

📍 Location: Remote with travel to Helsinki every two weeks

🎯 Focus: Design team leadership, stakeholder coordination, and design delivery oversight

✈️ Travel: All travel and accommodation covered when going to the office

💼 Duration: 12 months extendable

To be Considered:

• +5 years experience as a Project Director
• Experience managing and leading Design teams
• Experience working on large projects in the Data Centre industry
• Fluent English
• Technical Engineering background
• Willing to onsite in Helsinki every 2 weeks
