In this role, you will craft intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for iOS and Android, collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and commercial teams. You will translate complex product requirements into high-fidelity designs, define innovative interactions, and ensure a seamless mobile-first experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and keeps up with the latest UI/UX trends, using data and feedback to continuously improve designs. Accountabilities:
- Translate product requirements and user flows into intuitive mobile interfaces for iOS and Android
- Create high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and detailed UI specifications
- Champion mobile-first design principles across multiple screen sizes and resolutions
- Design gesture-based interactions to enhance usability and create fluid user experiences
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to iterate on UI elements based on user feedback and performance data
- Stay informed on mobile UI trends and advocate their application within the platform
- Present design solutions and prototypes to stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience, preferably in trading, financial, or fintech platforms
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- Strong mobile design experience with expertise across multiple technologies, locations, and channels
- Exceptional visual design skills, with a keen eye for detail, typography, color, and layout
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate and defend design decisions
- Knowledge of derivative trading is highly desirable
