Software Engineer – AI Infrastructure for Agents (Paris)

We’re seeking a Software Engineer with deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, CUDA, and C++ to join our AI research team in Paris. This role is focused on building high-performance infrastructure for training and deploying large-scale AI agents.

Important: Candidates will be asked to complete a timed coding test involving all four technologies. Please apply only if you are confident in your recent experience with them.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Optimizing throughput for pre-training and recommendation models.
• Developing custom kernels and compiler infrastructure to boost performance.
• Scaling training across multiple GPUs and handling low-level system challenges.

Ideal background:

• 6+ years of experience in modern C++ and performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience with GPU acceleration, multiprocessing, and distributed training.
• A strong understanding of AI model infrastructure and system-level programming.

French not required, but a plus.
