MacGregor Black is currently partnering with a Prestigious International Sustainable Outdoor brand on the search for an Product Manager focused on the Nordic market. This is a permanent remote role based in Stockholm.

As the Product Manager, you will report to the Head of Ecommerce and work closely with cross-functional teams on all aspects of product management. Your primary focus will be on defining, planning, and executing the online commercial strategy for the Nordic market. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding sustainable outdoor brand and play a key role in its digital growth and market adaptation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and implement the online commercial strategy for the Nordic market and assigned product lines.
• Supply necessary information and content for the brand's press minisite and various showrooms to enhance product visibility.
• Create the product image for each campaign by working with the Image team on product presentation, required looks, and desired details.
• Evaluate and select products to ensure they meet the needs of the Nordic markets, identifying and addressing specific gaps or requirements.
• Develop and carry out the product’s commercial strategy, including product lifecycle management, collection updates, cross-selling opportunities, and inclusion in special content.
• Plan and oversee the timing and quantity of merchandise to be stocked in the online shop, and manage the initial product launch in the Nordic markets.
• Ensure the availability and quality of all necessary content to sell products, including graphic materials, descriptions, translations, and product details.
• Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans across multiple channels (web, social networks, etc.), coordinating the strategy and creation of marketing materials.
• Perform web metric analyses to identify product and web merchandising needs, generating insights valuable to business areas.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Advertising, or a related field.
• Master’s degree or higher in Communication, E-Commerce, Commercial Management, or Marketing, with specializations in fashion companies being highly valued.
• Strong knowledge in product management and end-to-end e-commerce processes.
• High level of knowledge in fashion and trends.
• Strong sales and marketing skills.
• Proficient in Excel and possessing strong analytical abilities.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics and/or marketplaces is highly regarded.
• High level of proficiency in English.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both within a team and independently.
• Strong time-management skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
