Your role:

As a Senior DevOps Engineer in the Cloud Infrastructure team, you will manage and improve the AWS-based cloud platform, ensuring reliability, performance, and security. You will enable development teams to ship fast and safely. Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining security, scalability, and reliability of the AWS cloud platform
• Developing and evolving AWS infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform/Terragrunt)
• Administering Kubernetes/EKS environments, including hardening, RBAC, network policies, and secrets management
• Managing and improving CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions), including security scanning (Codacy, Checkov, Dependabot)
• Implementing web and API security measures (WAF/CDN hardening, bot mitigation, secure coding standards)
• Observability and incident response with New Relic and CloudWatch, maintaining alerts and monitoring
• Managing identity and access (IAM strategies, SSO/MFA, key and secrets management)

Your profile:

• 4 years of experience in DevOps/SRE, with a focus on cloud security (AWS), IaC (Terraform), and CI/CD (GitHub Actions)
• Hands-on experience with Web Application Firewalls (AWS WAF), CDN hardening (CloudFront), and bot mitigation
• Skilled in automation and scripting (Bash, Python, Go)
• Strong experience in observability, incident handling, root cause analysis, and postmortems
• Technical depth in AWS cloud administration, Kubernetes/container management, network segmentation, encryption, and backups
• Excellent collaboration and coaching skills, able to translate security requirements into pragmatic engineering practices
• English required; German is a plus
• Bonus skills: AWS Security Specialty, CKA/CKS certifications; experience with Google Cloud or Azure; experience in e-commerce/logistics or highly available platforms
