I am working with a leading multinational as they grow out a new Software Development team to work on a greenfield site project in their Munster development hub.

Full Stack Developer - Build, Improve & Innovate

My client is looking for a proactive Full Stack Developer to design, build, and enhance applications that drive business efficiency and deliver new capabilities. In this role, you'll turn business needs into smart technical solutions, creating functional, well-documented, high-quality software.

• Develop and maintain applications, tools, and features that enhance services and streamline business operations.

• Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and application designs.

• Produce clean, well-documented code with proper version control and logging.

• Test, troubleshoot, and optimize code to ensure performance, reliability, and continuous improvement.

• Review system performance, identify improvements, and implement enhancements.

• Collaborate with business teams, product managers, and stakeholders to understand needs and shape solutions.

• Work closely with architects, DBAs, and security teams to ensure robust back-end functionality.

• Partner with UI/UX and front-end experts to deliver seamless, user-friendly experiences.

• Coordinate with wider tech teams to ensure smooth system integration and alignment across the software ecosystem.

• Join development meetings to align priorities, share challenges, and contribute to team planning.

• Strong expertise in relevant programming languages, frameworks, and development protocols.

• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum/DevOps methods, testing, and change management.

• Ability to connect business needs with technical solutions and build software that's fit for purpose.

• Knowledge of infrastructure, data, and security considerations when designing applications.

• You will have a proven track record of software development; working with Java, React, VueJS, JavaScript, APIs, Microservices etc
• Experience in an Azure Environment would be advantageous.
