Role Overview

We are seeking a Product Manager to join our growing Dublin team and play a central role in shaping the next generation of RxSense products. You will work at the intersection of technology, business, and user experience — gathering insights, defining requirements, and collaborating with engineering to deliver innovative solutions that improve how millions of people access their prescriptions. This is a hands-on role with significant impact on product direction and delivery.

Main Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps in collaboration with stakeholders and leadership.
• Partner closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality product features.
• Gather customer insights, market research, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
• Write clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria to guide development.
• Prioritize the product backlog to maximize value and balance short-term delivery with long-term strategy.
• Act as product champion within cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical execution.
• Monitor product performance, metrics, and feedback, and use data to drive continuous improvement.
• Communicate product plans, progress, and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

• 5+ years’ experience in a Product Manager role within technology or SaaS environments.
• Proven ability to define product roadmaps and deliver features in an agile setting.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working with engineering teams, ideally in distributed or international contexts.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and product analytics platforms.
• Background in healthcare technology, fintech, or other regulated industries a plus.
• Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to inform product decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
