Visual Designer

Role Type: 12 Month initial Contract

Location: Dublin

Title: Visual Designer

Rate: €450 - €550 a day

Working Style: Hybrid 2/3 days a week in the office

My client is a globally recognised financial services brand. They are one of the leaders within their industry. They are looking for someone to join them for an initial 12 months. There is also a possibility of extension and conversion to perm.

Key responsibilities

• Design exquisite interfaces and visual identities that balance usability with elegance.
• Work closely with team members who will include UX designers, product managers, and engineers to shape user-friendly experiences.
• Develop and evolve this client's design system — from typography and iconography to motion and layout.
• Push creative boundaries, bringing design storytelling and product vision to life.
• Champion consistency, accessibility, and innovation across everything we build.

Essential experience:

• You will need at least 4 years of experience in visual, UI, or product design.
• An excellent portfolio showcasing crafted interfaces, storytelling, and design impact. This will need to be presented at the interview stage
• This client uses Figma and design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite so having strong experience in these tools is a must
• A deep understanding of typography, colour, and composition.
• A bold, curious mindset — driven to redefine what exceptional product experiences look like.
