Product Experience & Design Manager

Role Type: 12 Month initial Contract

Title: Product Experience & Design Manager

Rate: €550 - €600 a day

Working Style: Hybrid 2/3 days a week in the office

My client is a globally recognised financial services brand. They are one of the leaders within their industry. They are looking for someone to join them for an initial 12 months. There is also a possibility of extension and conversion to perm.

Key responsibilities

• You'll be facilitating the ideation of new features for this company
• You will be helping create visual designs, user flows etc to achieve the very best customer experience for their users
• Working on continuously improving efficiency
• You will be responsible for turning complexity into simplicity to meet the users/customers' needs

Essential experience:

• You'll need sta least 6 years in UX/UI design experience
• Strong UX focus, particularly within B2B and B2B2C business models. If you've worked on helping companies launch global products, that'll be positive.
• You'll need to be able to think strategically about product design, so proven experience doing this is a must
• Figma (master level) is essential for this role, as is hands-on experience with crafting design dashboards and prototypes.
