What you’ll do:
- Support payroll and HR processes within a global team
- Act as the go-to person for employee queries and HR guidance
- Maintain HR records, templates, and assist with benefits administration
- Contribute to HR projects and process improvements
What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years’ HR experience (payroll, employee relations, or absence management)
- Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Workday and MS Office (Excel a must!)
- EU passport or Stamp 4 required
