Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Research Scientist to support our R&D initiatives and contribute to scientific discovery and product innovation. In this role, you will design and conduct research studies, analyze experimental data, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to bring new ideas and solutions to market.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute scientific experiments aligned with research objectives

• Analyze results using advanced data and statistical methods

• Document findings and maintain accurate research records

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data science teams

• Prepare research reports, publications, and presentation materials

• Support the development and optimization of new methodologies

• Contribute to technology evaluations and feasibility studies

• Stay updated with latest scientific literature and emerging innovations

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Biotech, Physics, Materials Science)

• Strong analytical and experimental design skills

• Experience with laboratory methods, instrumentation, and data tools

• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Experience working in a research lab or R&D environment is preferred

• Knowledge of regulatory or quality standards is a plus
