What are we offering?

The Role
The Data Analyst will work in the Digital pillar of the PM Group and will report to the Group Data Analytics Manager. He/she will support, and contribute to, the development of new data analytics initiatives within the business.
Responsibilities
- develop and maintain data analytics-related internal SharePoint list data sources
- develop and maintain Business Intelligence reports, dashboards, apps, and automations that drive business decisions
- perform data mining and data analysis based on stakeholder requests
- collaborate with stakeholders to elicit requirements through meetings and workshops
- maintain clear documentation of work for historical records and collaboration
- support the testing, implementation, and training phases of data analytics initiatives.
- ability and willingness to learn new skills and technologies, as required
- experience with ‘business analyst’ type activities, for example, writing business requirements and technical documents
- strong communication, writing and presentation skills
- experience developing dashboards, reports, apps, automations and chatbots in the Power Platform (Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate and Copilot Studio) or similar platforms
- experience with other data visualization technologies
- advanced Excel skills
- methodical, logical and creative problem solver with attention to detail
- architecture, engineering, or IT technical background
- knowledge of data modelling and database technologies
- coding experience, preferably with Python and SQL
- willing to work independently on assigned projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of results
- exposure to real-world machine learning model implementation a bonus
- NFQ Level 8 Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business (or related technical discipline)

- Be able write scripts to automate manual tasks
- NFQ Level 8 Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business (or related technical discipline)
