Requirements

  • 2 years of proven work experience in Sales or Business Development (in IT B2B or SaaS).
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in business, marketing, or IT-related discipline.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process including prospecting, qualifying, and appointment setting.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to effectively prioritize tasks.
  • Fluent English (C1). German, French or Russian would be considered an advantage.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and outreach tools.
  • Knowledge of enterprise software system sales (e.g. as SAP, Microsoft, Salesforce or Oracle, etc.)
  • Interest in AI, SaaS, or enterprise software solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients within target industries and markets.
  • Generate and qualify leads through outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls).
  • Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements and pass qualified opportunities to Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate and organized lead information in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to develop outreach strategies and nurture relationships with prospects.
  • Participate in team meetings and share insights to improve lead generation and conversion processes.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company’s products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
  • Contribute to a positive and high-performance sales culture.
