Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-class technical support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to products and services efficiently
• Guide customers through problem-solving steps in a clear and understandable manner
• Document technical issues and customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with product development and technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
• Keep up-to-date with the latest product knowledge, software updates, and industry trends to enhance support quality
  
  

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a technical mindset
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical individuals
• Familiarity with customer support software and ticketing systems is an advantage
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
