For our client, one of the Nordic bank we realize a recruitment process for Software Engineer/Release Integrator Engineer.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and prepare Datawarehouse deliveries for release cycles with precision and timeliness.
- Execute release deployment tasks across environments, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage release schedules and dependencies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during release installations, applying strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Work within ITIL frameworks, particularly focusing on change management processes.
- Utilize tools such as Snap, GitHub, and Changeman to manage code and deployment workflows.
- Maintain and enhance relational database systems within the Datawarehouse environment.
- Participate in on-call duties from time to time if needed
- You will be responsible for preparing releases, troubleshooting and making analysis
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience with similar roles
- Proven experience with ITIL processes, especially Change Management.
- Having experience with OS systems - Linux/Unix, MS OS
- Hands-on expertise with GitHub, Jenkins and relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server).
- Familiarity with Changeman for release and change control is nice to have
- Strong technical and analytical thinking with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues under pressure.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Availability for on-call support as needed.
