We are conducting a confidential search for an Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the hotel’s day-to-day performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead the operations team, including department supervisors and service staff.
- Coordinate daily operations across all hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with established quality, safety, and service standards.
- Implement and monitor cost management strategies to maximize profitability.
- Drive sales optimization initiatives in collaboration with the commercial team.
- Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency, service quality, and guest satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain a culture of excellence and accountability across all teams.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 4 years’ proven experience in hotel operations management.
- Strong knowledge of cost control, sales optimization, and quality management.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
- Solid problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Strong customer orientation with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken (other languages will be a plus).
