THE OPPORTUNITY:
We’re looking for an experienced and forward-thinking technology leader to join us as Vice President of Technology reporting to the CTO. This role is central to our transformation journey, with a focus on building scalable cloud-native platforms, strengthening cybersecurity, and fostering a high-performing engineering culture. You’ll lead a talented team and play a key role in shaping the technical foundation that drives our growth and innovation.

THE OPPORTUNITY:
We’re looking for an experienced and forward-thinking technology leader to join us as Vice President of Technology reporting to the CTO. This role is central to our transformation journey, with a focus on building scalable cloud-native platforms, strengthening cybersecurity, and fostering a high-performing engineering culture. You’ll lead a talented team and play a key role in shaping the technical foundation that drives our growth and innovation.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Develop and lead a multi-year technology strategy that aligns with business goals and supports long-term growth
- Oversee a full cloud migration, building secure and resilient infrastructure to support product development
- Promote a DevOps-first mindset across teams, with modern CI/CD pipelines and strong observability practices
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives, embedding security throughout the tech stack and achieving ISO27001 certification
- Implement FinOps principles to manage cloud costs and improve operational efficiency
- Build and mentor a high-performing team across engineering, DevOps, security, and platform functions
- Collaborate closely with Product, Data, and Commercial teams to accelerate delivery and enhance customer value
- Begin adopting Business Systems and support Commercial, Finance, and People & Culture teams with robust systems and data architecture alongside the business data warehouse.
- Proven leadership experience in SaaS, cloud platforms, or enterprise-grade data environments
- Hands-on expertise in cloud migration, platform engineering, and DevOps practices
- Strong background in cybersecurity and compliance, including ISO27001
- Experience with FinOps and cloud cost optimization
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A strategic mindset with a collaborative and action-oriented approach
- Ability to inspire teams and foster a culture of innovation and accountability
