THE OPPORTUNITY:

We’re looking for an experienced and forward-thinking technology leader to join us as Vice President of Technology reporting to the CTO. This role is central to our transformation journey, with a focus on building scalable cloud-native platforms, strengthening cybersecurity, and fostering a high-performing engineering culture. You’ll lead a talented team and play a key role in shaping the technical foundation that drives our growth and innovation.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Develop and lead a multi-year technology strategy that aligns with business goals and supports long-term growth
• Oversee a full cloud migration, building secure and resilient infrastructure to support product development
• Promote a DevOps-first mindset across teams, with modern CI/CD pipelines and strong observability practices
• Lead cybersecurity initiatives, embedding security throughout the tech stack and achieving ISO27001 certification
• Implement FinOps principles to manage cloud costs and improve operational efficiency
• Build and mentor a high-performing team across engineering, DevOps, security, and platform functions
• Collaborate closely with Product, Data, and Commercial teams to accelerate delivery and enhance customer value
• Begin adopting Business Systems and support Commercial, Finance, and People & Culture teams with robust systems and data architecture alongside the business data warehouse.
  
  

WHAT YOU BRING:

• Proven leadership experience in SaaS, cloud platforms, or enterprise-grade data environments
• Hands-on expertise in cloud migration, platform engineering, and DevOps practices
• Strong background in cybersecurity and compliance, including ISO27001
• Experience with FinOps and cloud cost optimization
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A strategic mindset with a collaborative and action-oriented approach
• Ability to inspire teams and foster a culture of innovation and accountability

We will ensure that the salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function. Monthly salary range for this position starts at 7100 Eur gross.
