Project Manager / Business Analyst

As a Project Manager / Business Analyst, you will lead the implementation of our platform for financial institutions across the region. This dual role requires strong project coordination skills, deep business analysis capabilities, and the ability to translate regulatory and operational requirements into system configurations and workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end client implementation projects, including planning, execution, testing, and go-live.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery, scope control, and quality in line with SLAs.
• Gather and analyze client requirements, aligning business and regulatory needs with Depowise platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design and implement effective solutions.
• Support testing, UAT, and onboarding phases, ensuring a smooth transition and client adoption.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a hybrid Project Manager / Business Analyst role, ideally in financial services or enterprise software.
• Strong understanding of depositary, fund administration, custody, and asset management operations.
• Experience managing B2B SaaS or enterprise software implementations.
• Excellent communication skills in English (French or German is a strong plus).
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to work across client business, IT, and compliance teams.

Desirable

• Knowledge of Luxembourg regulatory frameworks (e.g., CSSF).
• Familiarity with data modeling, SQL, or workflow tools.
• Prior experience with secure cloud deployments.
