Program Management Office Manager

PMO Manager or PMO Lead

Interim Role - Manchester - Outside IR35. Immediate start.

Hybrid - You will need to be in Manchester 2 / 3 days per week.

Lead & Manage the PMO on well funded £50 million technology transformation programme - Reporting to the Programme Director.

This work is on an extensive IT Transformation that is in flight, initially led from Manchester this will then be rolled out across Europe.

There is already a PMO in place that has been initially developed well but will need continuous improvement as the programme develops and needs some key support around Finance, Panning and Stakeholder/Sponsor management.

This is not a BAU PMO you must have the ability to flex, move at pace and commit to both change and operate at pace as the programme requires.

Key Experience

• Extensive experience of leading and managing PMOs
• Extensive experience of PMOs on technology transformation programmes
• Lead a team of mix of perm, interim & 3rd party resource.
• Continued development of structures and process.
• Strong Finance & Planning experience is needed for this PMO Role
• Change management
