Job Description

We are responsible for shaping the collective ICT landscape in Dutch public higher education. Our digital educational provisions facilitate efficient collaboration between educational institutions and the labor market, offering flexibility in the curriculum. In addition to technical development and architecture, we provide expertise for technical implementation and adoption at institutions.

About The Team

Our adoption team provides process and technical support to vocational schools, colleges, and universities. The team consists of several adoption and implementation advisors in the areas of interfaces, architecture, identities, learning materials, and educational logistics. We maintain relationships with ICT, architecture, and information management experts within the institutions and work closely with the product teams within SURF and the various (domain) teams within Npuls.

The Role

As a hands-on professional, you bring structure, motivate people, and quickly identify value-adding opportunities. You combine service with ambition and make it easy for colleagues to implement changes. Together with the team leader, you give direction to the activities of the adoption team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the working method of the adoption team in conjunction with the working method of the other teams in the program.
• Advise on and improve tooling, dashboards, reports to make the team’s results measurable and visible.
• Proactively analyze data, identify risks, and drive continuous improvement.
• Improve operational processes for the adoption team and coach (starting) hired and seconded colleagues.
• Facilitate team sessions and workshops to promote the working method.
• Contribute to the service to be set up in the field of providing support and adoption.
• Advise institutions on the use of digital sector facilities.
  
  

The ratio of coaching and giving advice is currently about 75-25%.

Je bent nieuwsgierig, dienstverlenend en houdt van resultaat;

Weet complexe materie én de organisatie snel te doorgronden en handelt vervolgens effectief en hands-on;

Bent analytisch sterk en in staat om hoofd- en bijzaken te scheiden;

Hebt begrip van processen en weet (proces)data om te zetten in concrete inzichten;

Hebt ervaring met projectmanagementtools zoals Confluence en Jira;

Bent communicatief vaardig en weet stakeholders op verschillende niveaus te ondersteunen en beïnvloeden;

Hebt inhoudelijke expertise op het gebied van advisering, coaching en/of projectleiding;

Hebt ervaring met het opzetten en geven van sessies en workshops;

Hebt een hbo- of wo-diploma;

Hebt minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring binnen complexe IT- of transformatieprogramma’s;

Hebt ervaring met programma’s met een sterke business change-component.
