Job Description 💼
You’ll be part of our People Team, reporting directly to the Head of People. Together, we’ll build a thriving culture, enhance employee well-being, and ensure everyone feels truly valued.

Your Responsibilities 💪
1) Culture & Employee Experience (EX)
- Designing Moments that Matter: Actively participate in the design and implementation of initiatives that enhance the experience at key touchpoints (onboarding, reviews, recognition, etc.).
- Event planner: Be the engine behind our events! Plan, organize, and execute celebrations, seasonal parties, team-building activities, and workshops that reinforce our culture and engagement.
- Vibrant Internal Communication: Manage and create content for internal communication channels (newsletters, intranet, etc.) to keep the team informed, motivated, and connected to our values.
- Recognition Culture: Support the management and promotion of recognition and rewards programs that celebrate individual and team achievements.
2) Employee & Administrative Support
Recruitment: Assist the recruiting team with scheduling interviews, coordinating logistics, and communicating with candidates
Stellar Onboarding & Offboarding: Ensure a warm, organized, and memorable welcome (onboarding) process for every new talent. Support the departure process (offboarding) with the same level of care and professionalism.
Daily Support: Be a friendly and reliable resource for employees regarding all their operational HR questions (benefits, policies, etc.).
Data Administration: Keep our HR database (HRIS) up-to-date, ensuring data integrity with accuracy and confidentiality.
Compliance: Assist with essential administrative documentation and processes to ensure compliance with legal standards.
Your Profile (Requirements) 👈
Background Experience: 1 year or more of experience in Human Resources, People Operations roles, or areas where event management and administrative support were central.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (or relevant professional training) in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Management, or Psychology.
Mindset: You have a 'hands-on' mindset, are proactive, love working with people, and have contagious energy.
Organization is Your Superpower: Exceptional ability to manage projects (small and medium) and multitask, ensuring no detail is overlooked.
Communication: Excellent communicator (verbal and written), with the ability to build empathy and establish trust-based relationships.
Tools: Solid knowledge of document management and spreadsheet tools (Excel/Google Sheets and Notion); familiarity with BambooHR is a plus.
Proficient in both Portuguese and English.
