Senior Executive Assistant & Project Manager to the Co-Founder

Selion Global in partnership with Paresa Collection | Remote (Portugal / Southern Europe preferred)

Selion Global is seeking a highly trusted and independent Executive Assistant & Project Manager to support the Co-Founder across a portfolio of founder-led ventures: the global leadership advisory firm Selion Global, immersive residency platform Paresa Collection, and editorial lifestyle publication Passione Lifestyle.

This is not a traditional administrative role. It is a strategic, creative, and operational position for someone who thinks like a Chief of Staff (light) - bringing structure, energy, and follow-through to evolving ideas and cross-brand initiatives.

You’ll operate as a true right and left hand - working closely with the Co-Founder to advance leadership advisory work, launch immersive residencies, build editorial platforms, and coordinate high-trust partner networks.

⚠️ Only emailed applications will be considered. See details below.

What the role involves

  • Coordinating strategic projects and cross-brand initiatives with foresight and follow-through
  • Supporting client development and relationship tracking (briefings, CRM, outreach)
  • Preparing internal notes, leadership briefings, and polished communications
  • Managing timelines, collaborators, and operational workflows with calm, proactive focus
  • Sourcing, vetting, and liaising with external partners (from destination specialists to creatives)
  • Supporting brand-led ventures and business development across Selion Global, Paresa Collection, and Passione Lifestyle
  • Acting as a high-trust, independent partner - poised, curious, and outcome-driven

Who this role is ideal for

  • Someone with 5–8+ years of experience in project leadership, strategic operations, or cross-functional support - ideally within a client-facing service environment such as consulting, executive search, hospitality, or brand communications
  • trusted operator who brings structure, insight, and momentum -not just task support
  • Comfortable in a lean, founder-led setting: hands-on, non-hierarchical, and fast-moving
  • Adept at switching gears — from creative problem-solving to structured delivery
  • Experience in event programming, membership engagement, or cross-sector partnership building is a distinct advantage
  • Fully remote, but available across European / Asia time zones

What matters here

  • Strong written English and communication finesse
  • Digital fluency (Notion, Google Workspace, CRM tools, Canva, LinkedIn)
  • Editorial sensitivity, creative with an eye for aesthetics and with operational rigour
  • Maturity, poise, and quiet confidence in working independently
  • A long-term mindset and pride in delivering thoughtful work

Location Note

While the role is fully remote, we are particularly open to candidates based in Portugal or Southern Europe. This preference reflects strategic proximity, not on-the-ground necessity.

Engagement

  • Remote
  • Full-time, (or minimum 80%)
  • Consultant-based engagement
  • Long-term role with strategic importance and evolving scope
