Due to the growing scope of work in our IT Department, we are offering an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and motivated individual to join us in the position of:

Business Analyst / Programmer (m/f)

Your responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth operation of business applications
• Assist users in using business applications
• Co-design business applications according to business needs
• Develop and implement business solutions

What we expect:

• At least a high school education
• Excellent communication skills, both in Slovenian and English
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Power BI
• Familiarity with MS SQL technologies
• Basic programming knowledge (Python, PowerAutomate, …)
• Business curiosity, independence, and a results-oriented team approach

We are also interested in additional knowledge / experience areas such as:

• ERP systems (Navision, MS Dynamics NAV, SAP, etc.)
• CRM (MS CRM, Salesforce, etc.)
• Web technologies (portals, web shops, Joomla, etc.)
• MS Fabric platform
• Artificial intelligence and automation
• Business process management
• Knowledge of Serbian or Croatian language
