Reporting directly to the Senior Product Manager, the Product Developer Intern will assist and support all the activities related to the research, development and launch of new products for all Guess Lines, Jeans and accessories.

Core Jobs Responsibilities
Assist the PD Teams in the following daily activities:
- Creation of style/color codes
- Checks the lab-dip and the art-works
- Create specification sheets/BOMs for all new products created
- Maintain calendar to ensure that all deadlines are met
- Shipment of styles to vendors
- Set up and storage of past seasonal garments
- Works in synergy with product management team to ensure process is efficient
- Active participation in product development process
- Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Fashion and/or similar field
- Passion and attitude in fashion field
- Strong attitude and understanding of fashion product, style and graphic trends
- Must prove to have a clear understanding of the Guess Brand DNA
- Knowledge of and experience using conventional and unconventional fabrics and materials
- Good knowledge of Windows Office and of the main pattern design systems (Adobe, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign)
- Fluent English. Any additional language is considered a plus
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- Must possess the ability to handle multiple tasks/projects with adherence to deadlines and design calendar
- Working on cross-functional and multi-national teams
- Working in a critical/stressful environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
