We’re Hiring: Product Owner at North Bucharest Investments

North Bucharest Investments is growing, and we’re looking for a Product Owner to join our dynamic team and play a key role in shaping our real estate and digital transformation projects.

As Product Owner, you’ll work closely with our management, development, and marketing teams to define product vision, prioritize features, and ensure timely and successful delivery of high-quality solutions that support our strategic growth.

🔹 What You’ll Do:

• Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap;

• Translate business goals into clear requirements and user stories;

• Prioritize features and coordinate implementation with cross-functional teams;

• Monitor performance, collect feedback, and continuously improve our products and digital tools;

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and technical execution.

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as Product Owner / Product Manager;

• Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies;

• Strong analytical and organizational skills;

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities;

• Background in real estate, proptech, or digital project management is a strong plus;

• English – advanced level.
