In cadrul organizatiei vei lucra alaturi de o echipa dedicata starii de bine si echilibrului interior, intr-un mediu care pune omul si relatia in centru. Vei avea ocazia sa construiesti -- impreuna cu noi -- procese HR care sustin dezvoltarea, apartenenta si performanta echipei.

Cerinte
Minimum 5 ani experienta in rol similar (administrare + recrutare).
Cunostinte solide de legislatia muncii.
Abilitati excelente de comunicare, organizare si empatie.
Dorinta de a contribui la un mediu de lucru uman si performant.
Responsibilities
- Recrutarea pentru roluri administrative, precum si specialisti (psihologi si psihiatri).
- Organizarea proceselor de onboarding si integrare.
- Implementarea initiativelor de climat organizational: check-in emotional, discutii 1:1, workshopuri de coeziune si valori.
- Evaluarea performantei si gestionarea proiectelor de cariera.
- Suport in programele de training si dezvoltare (NEXT ME, training
- financiar, adaptabilitate).
- Administrarea documentelor si dosarelor de personal.
- Actualizarea politicilor si regulamentelor interne conform legislatiei.
