Project Implementation & Delivery
- Lead and manage end-to-end client onboarding and implementation projects — from initial scoping through deployment, go-live, and handover to ongoing service.
- Define and maintain a repeatable, scalable framework for project execution to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across clients.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, resource allocation, risk management, and delivery KPIs to ensure successful and profitable outcomes.
- Coordinate across Evooq’s internal teams — including Product, Engineering, and Client Success — to ensure alignment and timely delivery of all project components.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and engagement.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with stakeholders at all levels — from project sponsors to operational users.
- Understand each client’s business objectives, translating them into clear requirements and actionable delivery plans.
- Manage the client governance model, including project steering committees and regular service reviews.
- Provide structured reporting on delivery performance, progress, and areas for continuous improvement.
- Work closely with Product Managers to share client insights, identify service enhancements, and influence the product roadmap.
- Partner with internal support and engineering teams to resolve client-specific issues and implement tailored solutions.
- Conduct client training sessions to enhance adoption and effective usage of Evooq’s platform.
- Proactively monitor service performance and usage metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to uncover and execute on cross-selling or upselling opportunities.
