We are currently looking for a Junior Project Manager – SCM to support a strategic initiative focused on harmonizing processes and systems across two distinct business units at both global and country levels. This is a temporary position starting ASAP until June 30, 2026, offering a unique opportunity to lead a high-impact integration project within a dynamic and evolving organization.
Responsibilities
As the Project Manager for the Supply Chain PMO, you will:
- Lead and oversee the end-to-end supply chain integration within a global transformation project.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to evaluate and implement future integrated business setups.
- Manage workstreams and guide the design of future supply chain flows, ensuring alignment with key stakeholders, project timelines, and both business and IT requirements.
- Drive the implementation of end-to-end supply chain processes and systems.
- Utilize PMO tools to maintain a comprehensive project tracking dashboard, proactively follow up on activities, and facilitate resolution of open issues.
Must-Haves
To succeed in this role, you should bring:
- A Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience
- Proven expertise in integration projects involving finance, systems, and process transitions.
- Solid experience in Supply Chain Management, particularly in end-to-end flow and process implementation.
- Advanced proficiency in English and strong command of MS Office tools, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to engage and mobilize cross-functional teams.
- Experience in the life sciences or commercial sector is a plus.
