Frontend Developer

We are looking for a Frontend Developer to join our client’s agile product team in Örebro, focusing on GUI development for machine control and autonomous functions on surface drilling rigs.

In this role, you will be part of a skilled, collaborative team developing user interfaces that combine cutting-edge technology with strong usability. You will contribute to the design and implementation of front-end solutions that help operators and customers work more efficiently in demanding industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality, testable frontend code using React.
• Optimize React applications for maximum performance and scalability.
• Maintain and evolve the component library, ensuring reusability and consistency across projects.
• Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and stakeholders to create intuitive and user-centric GUIs.
• Use TypeScript for structured and scalable application development.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and solve complex technical problems.
• Contribute to the team’s continuous improvement, innovation, and agile way of working.
  

• Solid experience in frontend development using React and TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of modern UI/UX design principles and component-based architecture.
• Hands-on experience working in agile software development teams.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  

• Experience with Jira, Git, Azure, and Docker.
• Knowledge or interest in industrial applications, construction, or mining equipment (“yellow machines”).
• Previous experience collaborating directly with end users or customers to deliver value-driven solutions.
