WHAT YOU WILL DO
As Product Manager within our knitwear team at the Stockholm head office, you will contribute to the development of high-end quality collections for knitwear product category in line with company standards and business goals for quality, cost, sustainability and delivery.
As Product Manager, you will:
- Drive the development of premium collections aligned with quality, cost, sustainability, and delivery goals
- Manage the end-to-end development process
- Source and research materials to meet design briefs and sustainability targets
- Attend fittings and provide expert input on quality, fit, and construction
- Lead costing and margin analysis, supporting negotiation strategies
- Allocate styles to suppliers based on capabilities, standards, and pricing
- Maintain accurate product data and BOMs in PLM systems
- Monitor seasonal development budgets and ensure cost control
- Collaborate closely with suppliers and conduct on-site visits as needed
- Foster strong cross-functional partnerships to meet product requirements

Specific experience and knowledge for this role:
- Academic degree, from fashion and or textile education
- Minimum 5 years’ experience within product development preferably from high-end fashion brands
- Hands on experience developing garments in knitwear
- Highly skilled in MS Office, especially Excel
- Solid costing and negotiation skills
- Experience with PLM systems (a plus)
- Builds strong, collaborative relationships with internal teams and suppliers
- Works in a structured, proactive way with great follow-through
- Solves problems creatively and cooperatively
- Communicates clearly and confidently in English, both written and spoken
