Your mission at Sitoo

As a Product Designer at Sitoo you will be a vital part in building Sitoo’s next generation Point of Sale (POS) offering. You will work as part of an agile organization with the goal of developing technology to provide the best Point of Sales and Unified Commerce Platform in the world.

You will be involved in designing features for both the POS as well as the accompanying Back Office. Since we are a small team, your impact and influence will be significant. This also means that you will have to take a lot of responsibility and be part of shaping how we work.

What you'll do

• Design end-to-end user experiences for our Point of Sale and Back Office systems from early concepts to polished UI to help our customers meet their challenges.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, other designers and product managers as well as with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that we create intuitive products from complex ideas.
• Contribute to and evolve our design system with a focus on scalability and consistency across multiple operating platforms and device sizes (iOS, Android, terminal, web)
• Conduct user interviews and interact with stakeholders and customers to make sure that we understand their needs and can surpass their expectations.

What you’ll bring to the table

• 4+ years working as a product designer in a product company, preferably in SaaS or B2B software
• A strong portfolio showcasing high-fidelity work, smooth UI and delightful interactions as well as solid product thinking
• Worked in cross-functional teams, in a fast-paced environment where you had to adapt to change.
• Strong communication skills. You can explain your decisions and advocate for design best practices clearly
• Comfortable using tools like Figma, FigJam and modern prototyping tools (Protopie, Framer, Principle)
• Experience working on touch interfaces in iOS and Android apps
