Motion & Visual Designer (UI/UX & Multimedia

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Motion & Visual Designer with strong expertise in multimedia content creation (videos, animations, illustrations) and UI/UX visual design. The ideal candidate will be able to create visually engaging digital experiences with a strong focus on visual storytelling, brand consistency, and user experience alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce videos, motion graphics, animations, icons, and interactive visuals
• Create and adapt UI/UX components and layouts ensuring accessibility and consistency
• Follow established visual design guidelines and brand frameworks
• Collaborate with design, development, communication, and learning teams to ensure cohesive delivery
• Contribute to wireframing, prototyping, user flow mapping, and usability improvements
• Support design documentation, asset organization, and developer handoff

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Multimedia, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut, Audition/Audacity
• Proven experience in motion design, visual storytelling, and digital asset creation
• Strong understanding of UI/UX fundamentals, user experience principles, and accessibility
• Excellent communication, stakeholder collaboration, and attention to detail
• Ability to deliver high-quality visuals under structured design guidelines
