Husqvarna Group’s People & Organization (P&O) Shared Service Center (SSC) Sweden is now looking for a dedicated and experienced People Partner, who will support managers and employees in our Employee Lifecycle journey. In this role, you will primarily support one of our divisions and play an active role in shaping the future of people operations.
About The Role
As a People Partner, you play a key role in delivering professional HR support to mostly managers and employees, but also other stakeholders within Husqvarna. You will be involved in the entire Employee Lifecycle and provide guidance to both managers and employees at all levels of the organization.
You will be a trusted partner supporting the managers in day to day matters and responsible for key processes linked to Joiner, Mover & Leaver, hence also guiding managers such as labour law, rehabilitation, and conflict management.
Agility is essential—you will balance frameworks with flexibility to best support the business. Working closely with various stakeholders, such as HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition team, and Compensation & Benefits to ensure tailored solutions that meet the organization’s evolving needs.
Beyond daily support, you will help refine and improve processes to create a smoother, more efficient way of working —for example, by leveraging tools like Microsoft Copilot and AI. You will also secure compliance with laws, policies, and guidelines, making them clear and practical so they become tools that support daily operations rather than obstacles.
About You
Your professional communication skills, collaborative approach with colleagues, and ability to build and maintain relationships with both managers and other stakeholders is exceptional. Handling sensitive matters with discretion and integrity comes naturally to you.
To succeed in this role, we believe you bring:
You will be based at one of our offices — in Huskvarna or Jonsered — and we apply a hybrid work model.
