Cybersecurity Consultant – IT Security & Identity Management | Utrecht (Hybrid)

A global technology company known for its enterprise IT management and security solutions is expanding its European team. We are looking for a Cybersecurity Consultant with solid hands-on experience across Identity and Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Security Information and Event Management (SIEM).

This position would suit someone who enjoys combining technical expertise with client engagement. Comfortable advising, demonstrating and implementing solutions that improve how organisations manage identity and security.

The role involves working closely with customers across the Benelux and wider EMEA region to:

• Understand business and technical requirements.
• Deliver tailored demos, workshops and proof-of-concepts.
• Design and implement IAM, PAM and SIEM solutions for enterprise environments.
• Support RFPs, technical documentation and ongoing customer success.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure end-to-end solution alignment.

We’re looking for professionals with:

• A background in cybersecurity or IT infrastructure, ideally with direct experience implementing or consulting on security tools.
• Familiarity with platforms such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Okta, One Identity, or Azure AD.
• Understanding of frameworks like NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR and Zero Trust.
• Knowledge of identity protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
• Strong communication and presentation skills in Dutch and English.
