Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Malmö, Sweden (Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week)

We are looking for an experienced Change Management & Roll-out Leader to drive transformation across a global omnichannel marketing initiative. The role involves enabling successful adoption of new technologies and ways of working across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute the global change management and roll-out plan.
• Act as the main liaison between global and local stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Facilitate communication, engagement, and training activities.
• Track adoption progress, risks, and opportunities, ensuring smooth implementation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience leading change initiatives or roll-outs in large, complex organizations.
• Proficiency in change management methodologies and tools.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building capabilities.
• Excellent coordination and facilitation skills with the ability to convert strategy into action.
• Clear and empathetic communication style with strong influencing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to evolving contexts.
• Collaborative mindset with experience working across functions and cultures.
• Passion for enabling change and supporting people through transformation.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proven experience leading change initiatives or roll-outs in large, complex organizations.
• Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent coordination, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
