We are now looking for a Product Manager based in Istanbul to join our dynamic and dedicated team.

Qualifications:

·      Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferably Marketing, Pharmacy, or Medicine)

·      Minimum 2 years of experience in Product Management within the pharmaceutical industry

·      Know-how in Oncology, Hematology, or Ophthalmology is an asset

·      Strong understanding of corporate processes and compliance principles in pharma

·      Excellent stakeholder and project management skills

·      Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, analytical, and influencing abilities

·      Fluency in English

Key Responsibilities:

·      Develop, update, and execute brand strategies and marketing plans

·      Conduct customer segmentation, market and competitor analyses, and derive actionable insights

·      Build and maintain effective relationships with key external stakeholders

·      Collaborate closely with Sales and Medical teams to ensure strategic and operational plan alignment, providing feedback and support

·      Maintain clear communication and partnership with global business partners

  • ·      Plan and perform joint field visits with Sales and Medical teams to enhance market engagement
