Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled UI/UX Designer who combines creativity, precision, and strategic thinking to deliver outstanding digital experiences.
The ideal candidate will have experience translating concepts into interactive mockups, gathering and integrating feedback from stakeholders, and crafting visually compelling, user-centered designs.
You will be responsible for creating sitemaps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes, ensuring a seamless handoff to developers and alignment with the brand’s design standards.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver high-quality UI/UX solutions for web and mobile platforms.
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure visual consistency across all channels.
- Build detailed sitemaps, wireframes, and prototypes to define the user journey and experience flow.
- Collaborate closely with developers and manager to bring designs to life with precision.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to refine design decisions based on real data.
- Present and defend design decisions with a deep understanding of design principles and user needs.
- Continuously explore new tools, trends, and methods to enhance design quality and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in User Experience, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design for digital products.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
- Strong visual design skills, attention to detail, and understanding of color, typography, and layout.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to justify design decisions clearly.
Nice to have
- Experience in user testing, heatmaps, or behavior analytics tools (e.g., Hotjar, Maze, UXtweak) is a plus.
- Experience with prototyping tools such as ProtoPie, Framer, or Principle.
- Familiarity with 3D design and rendering tools such as Blender, Cinema 4D, or Spline is a strong plus.
