We’re Hiring: HR Specialist

About the Role
We’re looking for a HR Specialist to support our Plant Manager and ensure the efficient daily operations of our manufacturing facility. You’ll be the go-to person for administrative coordination, HR and finance support, documentation management, and internal communications. This role is perfect for someone proactive, adaptable, and ready to take ownership of multiple priorities with professionalism.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide top-level administrative support to the Plant Manager and key functions
- Assist with HR processes – onboarding, training, employee records, and communication
- Support finance and procurement activities – invoices, purchase orders, expense tracking
- Coordinate office logistics, supplies, and facility requirements
- Ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations
- Act as a bridge between the plant and head office departments
What We’re Looking For:
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in administration or coordination, ideally in manufacturing
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Polish language, English is nice to have!
