How can you make an impact?

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree from a reputable university, preferably in faculty of law, economics and administrative sciences, social sciences, international relations
• Minimum 5-6 years of experience preferably in Data Privacy and Compliance
• Experience and knowledge on KVKK and GDPR regulations and knowhow on other Compliance topics (sales compliance, anti-fraud, AML, sanctions will be an asset)
• Preferably superior problem solving and excellent oral/written communication skills,
• Advanced level of written and verbal English and Turkish skills
• Ability to multi-task productively and to work independently as well as collaboratively
  
  

What do we expect you to bring?

• Executing especially Data Privacy program and supporting compliance programs
• Providing advice and developing training programs to the business departments
• Supporting the business by providing compliance related advice as well as anticipate and manage compliance risks,
• Ensuring implementation of guidelines and regulations together with execution of the Data Privacy controls
• Coordinating and interacting with regulatory bodies such as KVKK, preparing official letters to local authorities
• Coordinating with the relevant departments of Allianz Group in terms of guidelines, projects etc.
• Having knowledge in Artificial Intelligence (AI) development, Data Analytics, Data Intelligence, AI/Data Strategy, and ChatGPT.
