Social Media Manager (Web3)

Our client is a leading Web3 advisory and marketing firm that connects strategy, execution, and measurable data end-to-end. They are seeking a Social Media Manager to join their team and lead the growth of their digital presence across major platforms - from strategy and content creation to community engagement and performance optimization. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies across X (Twitter), Reddit, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
• Manage day-to-day posting, engagement, and community interactions with a consistent and authentic brand voice
• Grow and nurture online communities, driving engagement and follower growth organically
• Monitor social trends, memes, and conversations in the blockchain and crypto space to identify timely opportunities
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams to create compelling and on-brand multimedia content
• Track performance metrics, analyze results, and optimize campaigns to improve reach and engagement
  
  
  

Requirements

• 2+ years of proven experience in social media management, preferably in crypto, Web3, or tech
• Strong understanding of platform algorithms, engagement best practices, and analytics tools
• Demonstrated ability to grow brand audiences and manage online communities
• Deep familiarity with blockchain and cryptocurrency culture, trends, and terminology
• Creative mindset with strong copywriting and storytelling skills
• Based in Europe or Asia (preferred), with flexibility to operate across time zones
