Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies across X (Twitter), Reddit, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
- Manage day-to-day posting, engagement, and community interactions with a consistent and authentic brand voice
- Grow and nurture online communities, driving engagement and follower growth organically
- Monitor social trends, memes, and conversations in the blockchain and crypto space to identify timely opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams to create compelling and on-brand multimedia content
- Track performance metrics, analyze results, and optimize campaigns to improve reach and engagement
- 2+ years of proven experience in social media management, preferably in crypto, Web3, or tech
- Strong understanding of platform algorithms, engagement best practices, and analytics tools
- Demonstrated ability to grow brand audiences and manage online communities
- Deep familiarity with blockchain and cryptocurrency culture, trends, and terminology
- Creative mindset with strong copywriting and storytelling skills
- Based in Europe or Asia (preferred), with flexibility to operate across time zones
