Purpose of Role: As Project Manager, you’ll lead the execution of high-impact engineering projects across Turkey, ensuring delivery aligns with contractual scope, schedule, and budget. You’ll be the primary customer contact and internal driver, managing cross-functional teams and external vendors. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional project execution from contract award to customer acceptance, ensuring scope, schedule and budget targets are met
• Manage internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
• Serve as the primary customer contact, maintaining strong relationships and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Oversee project documentation, risk analysis, commercial aspects, and continuous improvement initiatives

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in project management within B2B engineering enviroment.
• Proven track record managing complex, high-value international contracts.
• Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English; SAP and Microsoft Project proficiency preferred.
