Program Manager

We are looking for a highly communicative, bilingual Program Managerwith a strong software engineering background who will play a strategic role in both sales meetings and project execution.

The ideal candidate is:

• A Software Engineering or Computer Engineering graduate
• Fluent in English and German – with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experienced in software development and project managementin tech-driven environments
• Able to manage complex, high-budget projects from pre-sales to final delivery
• A natural relationship builder who can drive customer satisfaction at the highest level
• Comfortable participating in sales meetings and contributing technical insight to win and shape projects

Key Responsibilities

• Actively take part in sales meetings to understand client needs and offer tailored project strategies
• Own the end-to-end management of software development and R&D projects
• Coordinate technical teams, align resources, and ensure timely delivery
• Maintain constant and proactive communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle
• Track project KPIs, manage risks, and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
• Align all processes with industry standards (ISO 27001, ISO 13485, CE/MDR, etc.)
• Lead post-sales support and ensure long-term client satisfaction and growth
• Contribute to business development and support sales processes where technical expertise is required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering or Computer Engineering
• Excellent command of English and German
• Minimum 10 years of experience in project or program management roles
• Deep understanding of software development lifecycles, DevOps, and Agile methodologies
• Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional, high-budget software projects
• Strong commercial acumen; capable of supporting or leading sales meetings and strategic client engagements
• Hands-on approach to problem solving, risk management, and stakeholder communication
• Strong documentation and reporting skills (Jira, Confluence, MS Project or similar tools)
• PMP, Scrum, or Agile certifications are a plus
