Department: Oilfield Technical Services Company

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for formulating the technical development plan for the oilfield service company.
• Responsible for overall management of the new product development and technology introduction for the oilfield service company, and improving the technical sequence.
• Responsible for overall management of the technological innovation and cooperation for the oilfield service company.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, majoring in petroleum engineering, reservoir geology-related fields, with over 10 years of work experience in the petroleum industry; experience in a well-known oil service company is preferred.
• Familiar with the development trends and cutting-edge dynamics of global oil and gas field development technologies.
• Possess leadership and team management skills, able to organize and coordinate internal and external resources, motivate team members, make quick decisions in complex situations, and effectively solve problems.
• Proficient in English and Arabic, with oral and written communication skills, willing to be assigned globally, able to adapt to overseas work environments and cultural differences, with cross-cultural communication and management skills.
