Masdar is the UAE’s clean energy champion and one of the largest companies of its kind in the world, advancing the development and deployment of renewable energy and green hydrogen technologies to address global sustainability challenges. Masdar is jointly owned by Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC), Mubadala Investment Company (Mubadala), and Abu Dhabi National Energy Company (TAQA), and under this ownership the company is targeting a renewable energy portfolio capacity of at least 100 gigawatts (GW) by 2030 and an annual green hydrogen production capacity of up to 1 million tonnes by the same year.

As an IT Intern at Masdar, you will gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and innovative environment. You’ll play a key role in supporting our Information Technology Department, working on real projects that will challenge your skills and expand your knowledge. Your responsibilities will include:

Job Description

- Participating in project-related tasks, helping to implement and support various IT initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications
- 3rd or 4th year Undergraduate student currently studying in UAE (or currently studying abroad with valid UAE Visa).
- Major: Cyber Security, IT, Infrastructure, Networking & IT Business Intelligence
- Must be available for 4-month internship between January – May 2026
- Minimum cumulative GPA 3.0+
