Context In Which Role Operates:
The Associate Analyst operates within Ròya, an organization known for its collaborative, family-like, and transparent work culture. Role Purpose:
The Associate Analyst provides essential support to the Asset Management team by conducting research, preparing, and presenting information related to hotel operator engagement. This role involves meticulous review of hotel performance and properties to ensure the attainment of financial and operational targets.
Key Requirements For Success:
- Conducts financial analysis and research on assigned property portfolios
- Maintains meticulous documentation related to day-to-day operational activities
- Assists the Asset Management team by preparing reports, presentations, and statistical analyses for special projects
- Builds and maintains relationships with clients and operators, attending meetings and reviews
Success Factors For The Role:
- University degree is mandatory
- Background in Finance/Business Analysis
- Experience in GCC region is desirable
- Understanding of hotel financials and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Proficiency in analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends and best practices in hospitality operations
- Adaptability and ability to navigate ambiguity in a dynamic environment
