Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange international and domestic travel while anticipating the executive’s needs.
  • Prepare professional correspondence, presentations, and reports with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Liaise effectively with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and task execution.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Organize and track key projects, follow up on deliverables, and ensure timely completion of executive priorities.
  • Support budgeting, expense tracking, and procurement processes related to the executive office.
  • Maintain efficient filing systems and document management for quick and secure access to information.
  • Represent the executive office with a high degree of professionalism in all interactions and communications.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability, often managing competing priorities and urgent requirements independently.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience (minimum 3–5 years) supporting senior executives or leadership teams.
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; capable of handling executive-level correspondence and negotiations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with digital collaboration tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure, exercise sound judgment, and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Professional presence, strong initiative, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
